Please read this contract: An event is not considered booked until the contract is received. Payment is due during the event or within 24 hours after the event. A quickbooks invoice will be emailed before the event for online payment. If payment is made early and the event is cancelled due to covid a full refund is issued.

Shooting Guidelines: The Photographer is limited by the guidelines of the site management. The client agrees to accept the technical results of their imposition on the Photographer. Should any desired location require a permit or fee, the customer is responsible for obtaining the necessary clearances. If any paperwork, rules, or terms are imposed by the venue, it is the responsibility of the customer to make the requirements known at the time of booking. We are glad to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Release: The client hereby grants to Shane Cleminson Photography and its assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use photographs/video of the client or in which the client may be included, for promotional purposes. The client hereby releases Shane Cleminson Photography and its assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

Limit of Liability: In the event that the photographer is injured, ill, or is otherwise unable to capture the event, Shane Cleminson Photography will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the package. In the unlikely event that photographs become lost, stolen, or destroyed, liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the package.

Copyright / Delivery: Once payment has been made in full, the resulting photographs will be released to the client under a Creative Commons Attribution license. The client is permitted to make copies of the photographs as they choose. The client is also explicitly permitted to and encouraged to redistribute the photographs to friends and family as they choose. Delivery will be made online normally a few days after the event. Shane Cleminson Photography cannot retain materials indefinitely. Any request for changes to delivered materials must be raised within two weeks of delivery. Online gallery will be online for at least six months.
